'Ashton' is Super Vobis nominated and already broken in. He will be sent to Chris Doherty in Broadford
for pre-training before moving into the Tony Parker stables for his first preparation which should see him hitting the track in late Feb/early
March 2015.
Ashton has already been described as a 'nice type' by several equine professionals and bloodstock agents who also noted the commercial attractiveness
in some sectors of his double whorls and almost perfect diamond in the pink of his white nose. 'Ashton' is bred for early speed, being by Sharkbite out of Ashane (a Rory's Jester mare) and analysis of Group winners with a similar breeding pattern suggests he will cover up to a mile as he gets older.
Ashton was gelded in February 2013 and is developing into a very nice, well moving horse. We're very excited by his racing prospects.
