Someday Somehow returns to scale after bolting in at Moonee Valley
Described by Gai Waterhouse as a 'Pocket Rocket", Someday Somehow (Sommer) lived up to expectations. In an unfortunately short 4 start career she won at Moonee Valley and ran second at metropolitan level, breaking a track record in a trial at Randwick.
Sommer came to PT Thoroughbreds mid 2014 in foal to the Zabeel son & Australian Derby Winner, Don
Eduardo and subsequently foaled down a smashing colt late November 2014.
Named Is Don Is Good he is now gelded and in the capable hands of Ciaron Maher Racing.
We
refrained from a late service in the 2014 breeding season.
With a desire to match speed with speed, Sommer went to Darley speedster Kuroshio in the 2015 Season.
On 13/09/2016 Sommer foaled a cracking Kuroshio filly. Such is the quality of this Kuroshio filly and that of the Kuroshio colt out of Aultone, Sommer returned to Kuroshio, getting in foal
first cover.
